NAB Show New York has announced programming and speaker highlights for its 2026 event, set for October 21-22 at the Javits Center in New York.
This year's show will feature more than 150 speakers across over 60 educational sessions covering broadcasting, streaming, sports, the creator economy and artificial intelligence. More than 225 companies are scheduled to exhibit on the show floor, including over 40 first-time exhibitors and 53 international companies.
"NAB Show New York reflects a media industry where technology and business strategy can no longer be separated," said NAB Executive Vice President of Global Connections and Events Karen Chupka. "The decisions being made today are about both how content gets made and how media businesses grow."
Media business sessions will include "The Great Media Reshuffling: Consolidation, Spin-Offs and the Battle for Scale," featuring BofA Securities' Jessica Reif Ehrlich, J.P. Morgan's Eric Menell and Apollo Global Management's Aaron Sobel, moderated by CNBC's Alex Sherman.
Sports programming will address media rights, investment, betting and audience engagement. Sessions include FanDuel President Christian Genetski and WFAN personality Craig Carton discussing sports betting, while OutKick founder Clay Travis will join NAB President and CEO Curtis LeGeyt for a discussion about sports on broadcast television and radio.
AI will also have a prominent role. CNN Director of AI Innovation Ryan Struyk and E.W. Scripps Vice President of Emerging Technology Operations Christina Hartman will discuss newsroom adoption, while Axios COO Allison Murphy and former CBS News President and CEO Wendy McMahon will examine the potential role of AI in local journalism.
Streaming sessions will feature executives from Fubo, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount and NASA , while another session will examine ATSC 3.0 and emerging content opportunities.
Other activities include creator-focused programming, AES@NAB New York and a two-day Career Fair. Post|Production World New York will run October 20-21, while the NAB Marconi Radio Awards will be held October 20 at the Edison Ballroom ahead of the show.
