Sirius XM Execs Sell Off 3M Shares of Company Stock


According to filing with the SEC, several execs at Sirius XM have sold upwards of three million shares of the satcaster's stock since May 15. Collectively, 3.09 million shares of Sirius XM stock were sold between May 15 and June 17.

Executive VP/CFO David J. Frear sold 573,780 shares, Executive VP/General Counsel Patrick L. Donnelly sold 540,360 shares and Execuitve VP/Chief Administration Officer Dara F. Altman sold 460,061. President/Entertainment & Sports sold 696,750 shares, whike President of Sales & Operations James E. Meyer sold 819,690 shares.
