Lazard Alternative Investments, which partnered with Mapleton Communications in July, 2006, to finance new acquisitions, has reportedly taken control of the radio group. The lender plans to keep CEO Adam Nathanson and most of the management in place.
Lazard Alternative previously helped the broadcaster expand its West coast-based group by financing the purchase of ten stations in Chico and Redding, CA, from Regent Communications for $17.5 million.
