Triton Acquires Online Measurement Firm Ando Media

Triton Digital Media has acquired Ando Media, an online audio audience measurement firm. Terms were not disclosed. Currently, over 6,800 stations and webcasters use Ando's Webcast Metrics in-stream audience measurement service. Earlier this year Ando announced the development of Targeted Ad Injector, server-side ad serving technology.

"We believe Ando fills a critically important need in our industry's growing digital value chain. Connecting and expanding Ando's dynamic technology with Triton Digital's solutions will accelerate digital revenue growth for the industry," said Triton Media Group COO Mike Agovino.

"Triton products are driving significant engagement and revenue for our clients. We remain deeply committed and focused to deliver effective, efficient and creative digital solutions to broadcasters," said Triton Media Group President/CEO Neal Schore.

Ando Media's Chief Executive Officer Bob Maccini added, "We're excited to join the Triton family. The Triton ando resources, technology, leadership, track record and vision for the future promises significant value for our clients and media partners."
