Andrea Tantaros, TRN Settle BOC Lawsuit

Fox News "The Five" host Andrea Tantaros, who filed a breach of contract suit against syndicator Talk Radio Network last October, has settled with TRN. The U.S. District Court for New Jersey dismissed the case with prejudice, saying that the matter had been "resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties." Terms of the suit remain confidential.
Tantaros had accused the company of fraud and breaching its contract. She claimed misrepresentations about TRN's sales and marketing efforts and failure to disclose its suit against its ad sales reps. She also alleged that TRN President/CEO Mark Masters made several false statements to recruit her for a syndicated show meant to replace Laura Ingraham.
