Bible Broadcasting Network Acquires KXOT/Seattle


Bible Broadcasting Network Inc. has agreed to acquire 4.3kw News/Talk KXOT-FM/Seattle-Tacoma, WA (market number 13) from PRC Tacoma I LLC for $2.4 million in cash at closing. The deal is subject to FCC approval. Greg Guy of Patrick Communications served as the exclusive broker for the transaction.
