Farmworker Closes on FM Translator in Phoenix

Farmworker Educational Radio Network has closed on its previously announced acquisition of FM translator K270BZ (101.9) in Phoenix from Riviera Broadcasting. The buyer, Farmworker is a California corporation that owns stations in Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington. The seller, Riviera Broadcasting is a Phoenix-based company headed by Michael Cutchall, who also owns stations in Phoenix. Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction.
