Salem Media Group Buys KZTS-FM/Little Rock for $1.1M

Salem Media Group has agreed to purchase 850w Urban KZTS-FM (Streets 101)/Little Rock from Flinn Broadcasting Corporation, pending FCC approval. The purchase price is $1.1 million. California-based Salem Media Group owns 115 radio outlets, and is also an Internet content provider, magazine and book publisher for Christian and family-themed content.

Flinn Broadcasting radio and TV stations throughout the U.S., and is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Eddie Esserman of Media Services Group represented Flinn in the transaction. Mark Jorgenson of Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage represented Salem.
