VCY America to Acquire Non-Commercial KCCF-FM/Phoenix

VCY America is acquiring non-commercial 22.5kW KCCF-FM (88.3)/Phoenix from Cesar Chavez Foundation. CCF is a California-based company headed by Paul Chavez. VCY America, is a Wisconsin-based company headed by Jim Schneider. VCY currently owns 25 full power radio outlets, along with 15 translators and a full power television station in Milwaukee. Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction.
