Saga Communications Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Saga Communications and its board of directors have declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share for its Class A and Class B shares. The dividends will be paid on January 4, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 10. The amount in connection with the quarterly and special dividends will be about $3.3 million. The quarterly and special cash dividends will be funded by cash on the company's balance sheet.

Including these dividends, Emmis will have paid $62.3 million in dividends to shareholders since the first special dividend was paid in 2012.
