Cochise Broadcasting Closes on Buy of KNXN Sierra Vista AZ

Cochise Broadcasting has closed on its acquisition of 2.5kW Religious KNXN-AM (1470) Sierra Vista, AZ from Good News Communications. The station also serves Huachuca City, Tombstone and Bisbee and puts a fringe signal into Tucson. Good News Communications is an Arizona-based company headed by Doug and Mary Martin. Cochise Broadcasting, is an Arizona-based company headed by Ted Tucker.

Kalil & Co., Inc. was brokered the transaction for both parties.
