Lamm Media Group Sells WTSB and W288DH/Raleigh for $175K

Lamm Media Group has agreed to sell 1.7kW News/Talk WTSB-AM (1090) and 99W W288DH-FM (105.5) serving Raleigh, NC, to Truth Broadcasting Corporation for $175,000. Lamm is headed by principal Mickey Lamm and has an ownership interest in WMPM-AM in Smithfield, NC. Truth Broadcasting owns eleven other radio stations and is headed by President Stuart W. Epperson Jr. and COO Michael D. Carbone Jr..

Dick Kozacko of Kozacko Media Services brokered the transaction.
