Forever Media Closes on Steinman Communications Group Buy

Forever Media has closed on its previously announced acquisition of Steinman Communications' ten-station radio group in Delaware and Maryland for $18.5 million. Included in the deal were WSTW-FM and WDEL-AM & FM/Wilmington DE, WXCY-FM/Havre De Grace MD, WAVD-FM, WNCL-FM, WXDE-FM, WAFL-FM and WYUS-AM & FM/Milford-Salisbury. Forever is owned by Kerby Confer and Donald Alt. Steinman is headed by Robert Krasne and the parent of LNP Media Group Inc., the publisher of LNP/Lancaster Online.
