Wertlieb Elected NAB Joint Board Chair Succeding Beasley

Hearst Television President Jordan Wertlieb was elected chairman of the NAB Joint Board of Directors, NAB announced today. Wertlieb takes over from Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley, whose term has expired.

Salem Media Group President of Broadcast Media David Santrella was elected Radio Board chair by the NAB Radio Board. Tri State Communications Inc. President/CEO Randy Gravely was elected Radio Board first vice chair, while WKHM-AM/FM, WIBM, Jackson Works, Inc. President/co-owner Bruce Goldsen was elected Radio Board second vice chair. Urban One President/CEO Alfred Liggins was elected to the Radio Board's major group representative seat on the NAB Board's Executive Committee.

The elections took place at the NAB Board of Directors meeting, held June 11-12 in Washington, DC.
