Family Stations to Acquire WQBU (Que Buena 92.7)/New York

Family Stations Inc. has agreed to acquire Spanish Hits 2kW WQBU-FM (Que Buena 92.7)/New York (licensed to Garden City, NY) from Univision Radio Stations Group. Terms were not immediately disclosed. The seller is a Delaware-based company headed by Wade Davis. The buyer is a California-based company headed by Thomas Evans. Kalil & Co. represented Univision Radio Stations Group in this transaction.
