Cumulus Licensing LLC has agreed to sell 0.98 kW News/Talk WFAS-FM (Talk 103.9)/New York (licensed to Bronxville, NY) to VCY America Inc. for $7.25 million. The Class A FM, which moved from White Plains in Westchester County to the Bronx in 2014, simulcasts News/Talk WFAS-AM, which now broadcasts on an all-digital AM signal, airing Westwood One syndicated programming.
