Triton Digital has released its October 2024 reporting period (September 30 to November 3), U.S. Podcast Ranker. iHeart Audience Network earned the #1 spot again on the Top Sales Networks Report for the month of October, with 68.7 million Average Weekly Downloads and 19.3 million Average Weekly Users. NPR came in at #2 with 25.3 million Average Weekly Downloads and 6.7 million Average Weekly Users, followed by Wondery at #3 with 20.2 million Average Weekly Downloads and 7 million Average Weekly Users.

For this reporting period, the top three podcasts based on downloads included NPR News Now (NPR) again at #1, Up First (NPR) again at #2, and The Dan Bongino Show (Cumulus Podcast Network) climbing to #3.

For listeners, the top three podcasts included NPR News Now (NPR) again at #1, Up First (NPR) climbing to #2, and Morbid (Wondery) climbing to #3.

There were several debuts for the month of October including Kill List (Wondery), Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Lemonada Media), The Colin Cowherd Podcast (iHeart Audience Network), Two Girls One Ghost (Audioboom), The Political Scene | The New Yorker (Soundrise/PRX) and more debuting for both downloads and listeners.

Club 520 Podcast (iHeart Audience Network), Welcome to Night Vale (Soundrise/PRX), Greg Laurie Podcast (Harvest Christian Fellowship), Felger & Massarotti (Beasley Media Group), Search Engine (Audacy Podcast Network), Car Talk (NPR) and more debuted for downloads.

All The Smoke (iHeart Audience Network), The NoSleep Podcast (Audioboom), Make Me Smart (American Public Media Group), True Crime All The Time (Wondery), Dave & Chuck the Freak: Full Show (Beasley Media Group) and more debuted for listeners.

This reporting period does not include SiriusXM data. The publisher's inclusion in last month's ranker concluded its appearance in Triton's monthly Podcast Ranker, which organizations can choose to opt-in to make their listenership insights available to the public.
