Connoisseur Media announced Tuesday it had entered into an agreement to acquire Bonneville International Corporation's San Francisco stations, including KUFX, KBLX, KMVQ (99.7 NOW), and KOIT. The deal, pending FCC approval, is expected to close later this year. Terms were not immmediately disclosed.

The acquisition marks another major milestone in Connoisseur's expansion, coming on the heels of its recent purchase of Alpha Media. Once complete, the company will own 220 stations across 48 markets. Connoisseur currently operates KEZR and KBAY in San Jose and KUIC and KKIQ in the East Bay.

"San Francisco is a world-class media market, and these iconic stations are a perfect complement to our growing portfolio," said Connoisseur Media Founder and CEO Jeff Warshaw. "We are excited to greatly expand our service to the Bay Area. Our goal is to have a real presence with local programming, local voices, and being a significant part of the community."

Bonneville said the sale aligns with its strategy to focus investment in high-growth areas across radio, television, streaming, and digital platforms.

Kalil & Co., Inc. served as the broker for the transaction. Legal representation was provided by Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP for Connoisseur Media and Strong & Hanni for Bonneville International.
