The buyer is a Carrollton, MO-based company led by Miles and Michael Carter, which also owns three additional Missouri stations and streaming platform MidVid.com.

The stations include KAAN-AM/FM in Bethany; KBNN-AM and KJEL-FM in Lebanon; KFBD-FM, KIIK-AM, KJPW-AM and KOZQ-FM in Waynesville; KIRK-FM in Macon; KKWK-FM, KMRN-AM and translator K257GU in Cameron; KRES-FM and KWIX-AM in Moberly; KWIX-FM in Cairo; KTCM-FM in Madison; and translator K279AP in Bethany.

In a separate transaction, Connoisseur has closed on the sale of KLQL-FM and KQAD-AM in Luverne, MN to Christensen Broadcasting LUV, LLC, headed by Collin Christensen. Christensen Broadcasting operates eight stations across Minnesota.

Additionally, Connoisseur completed the sale of KJAM-AM and KJAM-FM in Madison, SD to Christensen Broadcast Group, Inc., led by Wallace Christensen.

The seller Connoisseur Media LLC, based in Westport, CT and headed by Jeff Warshaw, operates 216 stations across 47 markets nationwide. With the closings, Connoisseur continues to reshape its portfolio, while the Carter and Christensen groups expand their footprints in small- and mid-market communities across the Midwest.
