WRAL-FM/Raleigh Announces Morning Show Changes


Capitol Broadcasting's AC WRAL-FM (Mix 101.5)/Raleigh has announced that Lynda Loveland and Mike Chase are leaving the Mix Morning Show. Co-host Lynda Loveland has been with the company for more than 15 years either as a news anchor on WRAL-TV or radio co-host. She is taking time off to identify and pursue other career options. Mike Chase is returning to his home and family in Portland. The duo's last day on-air was Tuesday, May 13.

"Change can be difficult," stated General Manager Ardie Gregory. "All of us will miss Lynda and Mike."

Plans for The Mix Morning Show will be announced in the coming weeks. During the transition, Mix listeners will still hear WRAL-TV news and weather updates in the morning hours, as well as, traffic information with Vanna Fox.
