iHeartMedia Honolulu has announced, that effective May 15, Coach Larry Price is ending his 33-year run as half of Hawaii's morning radio duo of "Perry & Price" on KSSK-FM to focus on other interests with iHeartMedia there. Later this month, Coach Price will launch a new sports show with Rick Hamada on sister station KIKI-AM (FOX Sports 990) that will air on Saturdays at 11am.

"I decided the time is right and appropriate to make this change," said Price. "I am grateful for the support of our loyal listeners and for all the great years on KSSK. And, I am excited about the opportunity to talk sports with Rick on our new FOX Sports 990 station."

"After 33 years of the early morning routine, Larry certainly deserves the opportunity to sleep a little more, and work a little less," said longtime radio partner Michael W. Perry. "I look forward to talking story with him in our office every day, as always, and hearing him and 'that other guy' on our "Best of Saturday Morning" shows!"

Michael W. Perry will continue the daily "Perry & Price Show" as a solo gig, as well as the Saturday Morning Show at Jade Dynasty. When there isn't a live show on a Saturday, KSSK will continue to broadcast "The Best of Saturday Morning Shows" from the KSSK radio vault of Saturday shows featuring Coach Price and Michael W. Perry and celebrity guests.
