WMMJ/Washington DC Taps Woods for Sundays


WMMJ-FM, Majic 102.3 and 92.7 has hired Madelyne Woods for Sunday mornings (6-10am). Woods is a 20-year veteran television and radio personality and regular contributor to the Tom Joyner Morning Show, a former BET host and has had interviews featured on several major TV networks. A native of Washington, DC and graduate of the University of Maryland, Woods also devotes time to many health related charitable organizations.

"Madelyne is a respected media professional with a wealth of experience and I'm excited to welcome her to our Radio One DC family," says Kashon Powell, Operations Manager, Radio One DC.
