560 WQAM/Miami Welcomes Josh Friedman as Midday Host

WQAM-AM (560 WQAM Sports Radio) Miami welcomes air personality Josh Friedman as co-host of the station's midday show. Alex Donno, who has hosted the station's evening show since 2014, will transition to join Friedman in the midday slot. "Donno & Friedo" will air weekdays from 10am-2pm. Friedman has served as night host and reporter for sister WAXY-AM (790 The Ticket) since 2013. The move marks his second stint with the station, as he held on-air and reporter roles from 1996 to 2003.
Donno has over 20 years of experience in the South Florida market, including the last six years with 560 WQAM. In addition to hosting the station's evening drive, Donno has also served as studio host for Florida Panthers hockey broadcast coverage, as well as pre-game and halftime host for Miami Hurricanes broadcast coverage. He joined the station in 2012 as a midday producer and update anchor.
