WMSI-FM (MISS 103)/Jackson, MS, afternoon co-host Rick Adams exits the iHeartMedia Country outlet after more than 30 years with the station. Adams wrote on his Facebook page, "As the Kenny Chesney song goes, 'Everything's Gonna Be Alright'... I am profoundly grateful and thankful to each of you during my 30 years at MISS 103/iHeartMedia, a company that believed in me since August of 1988 till today. And what an incredible three decades it's been."
Adams and afternoon co-host Kim Allen handled mornings at the station until the syndicated "Bobby Bones Show" joined the lineup in 2015. He plans to embark on a new career in real estate with Re/Max Alliance. Adams also serves as a board member at American Red Cross of Mississippi.
