Haley Taylor Simon Departs Philly's 97.5 The Fanatic

Haley Taylor Simon exits Beasley Media Group's WPEN (97.5 The Fanatic), closing out more than four years with the Philadelphia Sports outlet where she launched her radio career. Simon announced the news on social media, sharing that the decision was unexpected but expressing gratitude for the opportunity to work at the station she grew up listening to.
"4.5 years ago I started my journey at 97.5 The Fanatic. Today was my final day," she wrote. "While this was unexpected I was able to come out of college and work my dream job. Not many people get to do that... I LOVE radio. That I will miss. Go birds and thank you all for supporting me live out my dream."
Simon served in multiple roles during her time at The Fanatic, becoming a familiar voice across several shows and earning a regular presence on the station's morning program. She praised her on-air colleagues and the station's loyal listeners, calling them her "morning show fam."
While leaving 97.5 The Fanatic, Simon noted that she will continue her other media roles, including her work covering the Philadelphia Flyers and contributing to ESPN .
