Hersam Exits Westwood One as Chief Revenue Officer


Westwood One Executive VP/Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Hersam is out, as of March 31, according to a filing with the SEC. Under a separation agreement, which is yet to be finalized, Hersam will receive $425,000, or his annual salary for one year, along with one-third of his stock options vested immediately.

Hersam joined Westwood One in April, 2008 from publisher Rodale Inc. where he served as VP/Publishing Director. Prior to joining Rodale, Hersam was New York Advertising Sales Director and Sales Development Director for Sports Illustrated. He's also been Director of Corporate Sales at Times-Mirror Magazines.
