KSWD-FM/Los Angles Elevates Lucille Fortunato

Bonneville/Los Angeles appoints Lucille Fortunato as Director/Promotions & Business Development for AAA KSWD-FM (The Sound). A 10-year marketing & sales vet, she helped to launch Radio Disney in Atlanta and Dallas, eventually rolling out the network as Director/Affiliate Relations for ABC/Disney. Most recently, Fortunato was Director/Group Marketing at Citadel/Los Angeles for KLOS-FM and KABC-AM.

"As The Sound enters into its second phase of development," said VP/GM Peter Burton, "we have decided to expand the department by adding someone with a strong focus on revenue. Lucille was the perfect choice. She has been in the market for more than 10 years, building strong contacts and creating excellent solutions for KLOS and KABC."

"I am so proud to be part of a legacy broadcasting company like Bonneville," Fortunato added. "I view 100.3 The Sound as the quintessential radio station for the next generation. The station is no longer LA's best-kept secret."
