CBS Radio Acquires ''Fresh'' Format and Trademark

CBS Radio has reportedly agreed to acquire the "Fresh FM" trademark from MRH Marketing and Greg Dunkin. Previously, consulting firm Vallie-Richards-Donovan marketed and distributed the "Fresh FM" brand, a Rhythmic AC format. CBS currently has the "Fresh" brand on WWFS-FM/New York WCFS-FM/Chicago and WTGB-FM/Washington, DC.
