Jon Quick, John Landecker Launch Q Consulting


Veteran News/Talk programmer Jon Quick is teaming with legendary Chicago air personality John "Records" Landecker for The Q Consulting Guys, a new consulting service. Landecker currently hosts the syndicated offering "Into the 70's," while Quick most recently programmed Emmis' News/Talk WIBC-AM/Indianapolis.

Quick's previous stops include WCCO-AM/Minneapolis, KFTK-AM/St. Louis, KLBJ-AM/Austin and KTAR-AM/Phoenix.

Of the new venture, Quick says it's based on the philosophy: "We make you sound better. That means better ratings, better revenue and better results." Among the new consultancy's offerings are a "State of the Station" report that includes a detailed inspection report and analysis.
