GSN Radio Extends Reach to More Than 70 Affiliates

The Game Show Network-supported GSN Radio adds KBHI-FM/Sikeston, MO, as its latest affiliate, upping its count to more than 70 stations. The unique radio show makes a habit of giving away thousands of dollars during each program. GSN and its "Blast of Cash" will offer more than $250,000 in possible cash giveaways during a two-week period beginning September 14.

"GSN Radio energized weekend radio in New York," said Peter Thiele, PD at AM 970 The Apple and Salem Broadcasting/New York. "We were very excited about the opportunity this show gave us to provide extra value to our listeners."

"With the PPM system, we watched GSN Radio grow persons 25-54 week-by-week, along with Time Spent Listening among our audience during the time we aired GSN Radio. There are not many syndicated shows that can spike the numbers like that," said former Rick Dees Executive Producer and current GSN Radio consultant.

GSN Radio is hosted by Bob Goen ("Entertainment Tonight") and Marianne Curran ("The Tonight Show").
