Brian Jennings, Bob Proffitt Join Alpha Broadcasting


Brian Jennings joins Alpha Broadcasting to oversee the company's News/Talk and Sports outlets. Jennings previously served as ABC's, then Citadel's, National VP/News, Talk & Sports programming and development. He also spent several years at Talk KXL-AM/Portland before moving to KVI-AM/Seattle.

Jennings commented, "It is very exciting to be back with Larry [Wilson] and Bob [Proffitt] who are committed to great radio and to being a great business partner in Portland. I worked for Larry and Bob for seven years before Larry sold Citadel to Forstmann Little and look forward to this exciting opportunity they are developing."

Most recently, Bob Proffit served as Senior VP/GM for CBS Radio's cluster in Las Vegas, and resigned this week to join Alpha Broadcasting.
