Cumulus to Flip KDBN-FM/Dallas to CHR as ''I93.3''

Cumulus Media Partners plans to flip KDBN-FM (Quality Rock 93.3)/Dallas to mainstream CHR as "I93.3" on Friday, September 4 adopting heritage market calls KLIF-FM. The switch comes only four months in an AAA format. KDBN dropped its longtime Classic Rock format as "93.3 The Bone" last April for Adult Alternative.

So far this year, CMP has launched CHR formats in Nashville as "i106hits" and Indianapolis as "i94."
