Sciencefriday Inc., the NPR show's producers, have filed the paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming the trademark on their 21-year-old show has been jeopardized.
The Colorado show, hosted by Bob Enyart and Fred Williams, features dialogue about "science to debunk evolution and show the evidence for the creator God including from biology, geology, astronomy and physics."
