Hubbard/Chicago Names Gallagher VP/Market Mgr.


John Gallagher is appointed VP/Market Manager for Hubbard Radio/Chicago's four-station cluster, including WTMX-FM (The Mix), WDRV-FM & WWDV-FM (The Drive) and WILV-FM (Chicago's 100.3). Gallagher comes to Hubbard from Cumulus Media where he was a Regional VP for Wisconsin and had managed markets in Ohio and Kansas. Prior to joining Cumulus, Gallagher served as General Manager for Greater Media/Detroit and ABC Radio/Chicago.

"John is the perfect person to lead our great brands in Chicago," said Hubbard Radio President/COO Drew Horowitz. "John has a proven track record as an operator and has the benefit of Chicago experience which gives him insight into the market. I'm thrilled to have someone of John's caliber and experience segueing into this very critical position for Hubbard Radio/Chicago."
