Landry Joins 98.9 Magic FM/Colorado Springs as PD

Nikki Landry joins Cumulus CHR KKMG-FM (98.9 Magic FM)/Colorado Springs as Program Director and on-air host. She's inbound from Country WEBL-FM (95.3 The Rebel) and Classic Country WUMY-FM (105.5 Big Country)/Memphis, where she was formerly PD and midday host. Prior to that, Landry was PD and afternoon host of WWWM-FM (Star 105)/Toledo. Landry has also worked in New Orleans as the PM drive host on Adult Hits KVDU-FM (Voodoo 104).

Cumulus/Colorado Springs OM Bobby Irwin said, "Nikki is ready to light up Southern Colorado with her passion for life, radio, and social media. She brings some incredible programming and promotion plans to Magic FM and our listeners, I'm excited to see where she will lead this team."

Landry added, "It is such an honor and I'm extremely humbled to take the reins of such a musically and personality driven flame thrower at Top 40/Mainstream 98.9 Magic FM in Colorado Springs. Being on Bobby Irwin's and Davey Morris' team and coming back to Cumulus Media elates me personally. I am so psyched to get started and work with my team to continue to build the number one Top 40/Mainstream station in the Springs. Trust me when I say this... there will be NO stopping us."

Before her duties in New Orleans, Landry held the same gig in Washington, DC, on Fresh-FM. She's also a 12-year military veteran with the Air Force where she was a Generals' Aide at the Pentagon.
