GM's WMJX Becomes Boston's Christmas Station

Greater Media's WMJX-FM (Magic 106.7)/Boston will flip to all Christmas music on Friday, November 20 at 5pm to officially ring in the season. Magic 106.7 will continue their commercial-free Christmas hours at 8:15am and 2:15pm each weekday. In addition, the "Magic of Christmas" tradition will continue with commercial-free music from 6pm Christmas Eve through 8pm Christmas Day. Magic's normal format will air on WMJX-HD2.
The 74th Annual City of Boston Tree Lighting is Thursday, December 3rd from 6-8pm and is broadcast live on WCVB-TV Channel 5. Over 15,000 people attend and join Santa, Mayor Marty Walsh, plus Magic hosts David O'Leary and Nancy Quill on Boston Common as the holiday season kicks off.
