Univision San Antonio launches a new format on KMYO-FM, flipping the Hip Hop outlet to a mix of CHR and Latin Rhythmic hits as "The New Latino Mix 96.2." The English-language station specifically designed for Latino San Antonians will feature a playlist that ranges from Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars and The Chainsmokers to J Balvin, Nicky Jam, Enrique Iglesias and Daddy Yankee.
"Latino Mix 95.1 FM looks to draw a bridge between the many cultures, generations and musical styles that are characteristic of San Antonio. Blending English and Spanish organically and merging musical favorites is a reflection of what makes San Antonio so unique," said CP/GM Chris Morris. "Latino Mix 95.1 FM will bring listeners a fresh approach to music and programming that we know will liven up the airwaves."
