ABC Radio announces a new podcast titled "Motivated" hosted by ABC News correspondent Mara Schiavocampo, which takes a look at all things health, wellness, nutrition and spirituality. After struggling with her weight her entire life, Schiavocampo shares her journey in her weight loss memoir "Thinspired: How I Lost 90 Pounds: My Plan for Lasting Weight Loss & Self-Acceptance." Now in her new podcast, posted every Monday, Schiavocampo sets out to further explore health and wellness by speaking with doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers, celebrities and others.

"The true gifts of fitness and nutrition are in how they make you feel, not how you look or what size jeans you're wearing," said Schiavocampo. "The struggle is real. But it's also a beautiful journey, and a lot more fun when we travel that road together."

"Motivated" joins ABC Radio's growing roster of podcasts including "10% Happier with Dan Harris," "Robin Roberts: Everybody's Got Something," "No Limits with Rebecca Jarvis," "Uncomfortable" and "Powerhouse Politics."
