iHeartMedia/Albany, GA, names Travon Duhart (aka DJ Tray) as Program Director and afternoon host. He'll oversee the programming of Urban WJIZ-FM (96.3) and Urban AC WMRZ-FM (98.1 Kiss). Duhart's previous radio stints include Urban WGOV-FM/Valdosta GA, WASU-FM/Boone NC and Urban WJIZ-FM/Albany, GA.
