Westwood One News Reveals Major Market Renewals

Westwood One News signs renewals with major market outlets WINS-AM/New York, KYW-AM/Philadelphia, WBZ-AM/Boston and WWJ-AM/Detroit. The news network is also expanding its reach across America with more than 70 new stations coming on board, including KKOB-AM/Albuquerque, WWJB-AM/Tampa, KMJ-AM/FM Fresno, KOKC-AM/Oklahoma City and WECK-AM/Buffalo. Westwood One News is now airing on 830 stations, also including KABC-AM/Los Angeles, WBAP-AM/Dallas, KUFO-AM/Portland, WLS-AM/Chicago and KFYI-AM/Phoenix.
The network's news team also adds veteran broadcast journalist Clayton Neville as Texas and the Southeast correspondent. Neville comes to Westwood One News from the news departments at WBAP and KLIF radio in Dallas. During his career as a radio news director, reporter and anchor, Neville has received several industry awards and was acknowledged by the Texas Association of Broadcasters for his coverage of the deadly tornadoes in 2015.
