WRVA/Richmond Adds FM Simulcast at 96.1 FM

Entercom's WRVA-AM (News Radio 1140)/Richmond adds a FM simulcast on 96.1 FM, flipping CHR FM translator W241AP-FM to News/Talk. The station features live and local talents John Reid in mornings, Jeff Katz in afternoons as well as the syndicated Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity programs.
"News and politics are integral to the communities we serve and we're excited to better serve our audience by expanding the distribution of News Radio 1140 WRVA in Virginia's Capitol City," said Senior VP/Market Manager Bennett Zier. "News Radio 1140 WRVA has served the Richmond Community since 1925 and to add it on the FM band is a real win for this legendary brand."
