Gregg Henson Named PD for WRVA and WRNL/Richmond VA

Gregg Henson

Gregg Henson is appointed to the role of Program Director for Entercom/Richmond overseeing News WRVA-AM & FM and Sports/Talk WRNL-AM (Fox Sports 910). Henson is a 24-year veteran broadcaster who has previously served as PD of FM WPGB-FM (News Talk 104.7) and WBGG-AM (970 ESPN)/Pittsbugh, as well as WOWO/Fort Wayne, IN. Henson has also held roles in Dallas and Philadelphia. Additionally, he's hosted a morning show at KFOR in Lincoln.

"We are very excited about the addition of Gregg to the Richmond team," said Entercom Virginia Senior VP Bennett Zier. "Entercom is the leader in news and sports radio and we're confident Gregg's extensive industry experience will ensure that we continue to bring the most engaging content to our listeners."
