iHeartMedia Announces Gandhi as Elvis Duran Co-Host
RADIO ONLINE | Friday, July 27, 2018 |
iHeartMedia taps Medha Gandhi to join syndicated "Elvis Duran and the Morning Show" as its new co-host, effective September 17, weekdays from 6-10am. Gandhi joins Duran's show from the company's co-owned CHR WXKS-FM (Kiss 108)/Boston where she served as executive producer and co-host for "Matty in the Morning." Prior to that, Gandhi served as an air talent and executive producer of the "Dave & Jimmy" show at sister CHR WNCI-FM/Columbus, OH.
"We fell in love with Gandhi within the first five minutes of meeting her," said Duran. "When you have a show as long established as ours, it's very important to continue to keep it fresh and in Gandhi we have found the perfect co-host to do that. I can't wait for her to join our dysfunctional family."
"Gandhi is a great storyteller with a dynamic personality and that's what morning radio is all about," added WHTZ/New York Program Director Mark Medina. "We're excited to welcome her to New York and the Elvis Duran and the Morning Show."
