KAMP/Los Angeles Elevates Yesi Ortiz to Music Director

Yesi Ortiz

Yesi Ortiz is appointed to the role of Music Director of KAMP-FM (97.1 AMP Radio)/Los Angeles, effective immediately. She'll continue her midday duties on the Entercom CHR outlet from 10am-2pm. Before joining the station in April, 2018, Ortiz was midday host and Assistant Music Director at crosstown Rhythmic CHR KPWR-FM (Power 106). She's also held on-air roles at KVEG-FM/Las Vegas and XHMORE-FM and KHTS-FM/San Diego.

"We are very proud of Yesi's on-air work since joining us earlier this year," said Entercom Los Angeles Senior VP/Market Manager Jeff Federman. "She has been a respected leader in the music community for many years and we look forward to her expanding her duties as 97.1 AMP Radio's Music Director."
