Johnjay & Rich Inducted Into ABA Hall Of Fame

iHeartMedia CHR KZZP-FM (104.7 KISS FM)/Phoenix morning duo and Premiere Networks-syndicated personalities Johnjay Van Es and Rich Berra were inducted into the Arizona Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame Thursday at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. Selected for their outstanding contributions to broadcast journalism, Johnjay and Rich joined fellow 2018 inductees Art Brooks, JD Freeman and Donna Rossi.

Entertaining Arizonans since 2001, "The Johnjay & Rich Show" debuted in Tucson on KRQQ-FM. The program moved to Phoenix in 2006 to join their current flagship KZZP, and is now syndicated by Premiere Networks in 20 markets, in addition to being heard worldwide on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia's digital music, podcast on demand and live streaming radio service.

In 2010, Johnjay and Rich founded the Johnjay and Rich Cares for Kids Foundation, offering assistance to disadvantaged, at-risk children. The foundation's annual Christmas Wish program provides thousands of dollars' worth of gifts to deserving families in need during the holiday season. Johnjay and Rich continue their community work throughout the year with the Johnjay and Rich #LoveUp Foundation, a non-profit organization that strives to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable children in our communities with a primary focus on children living in the foster care system.
