iHeartMedia Minneapolis appoints Dave Jansen as Vice President of Sales, effective immediately. He joins the local iHM group from Comcast, where he served as Digital Sales Manager. He previously worked at iHM as an account executive from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Jansen's sales background also includes more than five years as digital lead at the Star Tribune, primarily working with strategic accounts. He's a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he studied English and journalism.

"We are extremely excited to have a person of Dave's skill set join the iHeart Minneapolis team," said iHM Western Great Lakes Region Region VP/Sales Greg Alexander. "Dave's wealth of experience and vast knowledge of the industry will benefit both our sales team and clients."

"This is an extraordinary time to work in media, particularly as the lines between traditional and digital media continue to blur," added Jansen. "iHeartMedia is a leader in the audio, content and promotional space, reaching massive audiences daily. I am beyond excited to work with the teams in Minneapolis and the Western Great Lakes Region, sharing this story with our advertisers."
