iHeartMedia Flips WBZY-FM/Atlanta to ''The New Z105.3''

Regional Mexican WBZY-FM (El Patron 105.3)/Atlanta flips to Spanish CHR as "Z105.3," with the slogan "Tu Estacion Para Super Hits," effective immediately. The format will feature songs from artists such as Daddy Yankee, Shakira, Ozuna, Romeo Santos, Maluma, J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Enrique Iglesias. The new lineup includes Karla Rodriguez (6-10am), Orlando Rosa (10am-3pm), Luis Trevino (3-7pm) and Jessi Dee (7-midnight).

"With the launch of Z105.3, we are proud to continue the tradition of being the innovator and leader of Atlanta's Hispanic media landscape," said iHeartMedia Atlanta Senior VP/Programming Brian Michel. "With the rapidly growing Hispanic population in Atlanta, as well as emerging musical tastes, this move puts us in a position to super-serve our listeners, advertisers and the community."
