Matt Siegel, host of "Matty In The Morning" on iHeartMedia CHR WXKS-FM (Kiss 108)/Boston received Broadcaster of the Year award at the Massachusetts Broadcasters Sound Bites event. The ceremony took place at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel in Framingham, MA. The award honors a Massachusetts radio or TV broadcaster who has shown an unwavering dedication to the evolution of broadcasting, breathing life into his/her work by being creative, enthusiastic and committed to the community. It's also the MBA's highest honor.

"I am thrilled to receive this honor," said Siegel. "I can't believe I've gotten to wak up the City of Boston for the past 38 years while working alongside some of my closest friends. I am very humbled and appreciative to be recognized with such high honors."

"Matt is an exceptional talent," said added iHM/Boston VP/P and Kiss 108 Program Director Dylan Sprague. "No one is more real or genuine and lays it all out there for the listeners like Matty. All of us at Kiss 108 join the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association in congratulating Matt ... a true Boston radio legend."
