The former Country outlet kicked off its new Classic Hits programming at 12 noon on Wednesday. 96.9 The Wolf will play classic hits such as "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen and "Every Breath You Take" by The Police, with hits from artists including Billy Joel, Journey, Prince, Bryan Adams, Hall & Oates, A-Ha and Blondie.

Cumulus Charleston VP/Market Manager Sherry Dollar said, "Our New Year's resolution is to be the station that only plays the best of Charleston's Classic Hits. WIWF-FM Operations Manager Bill West added, "The All New 96.9 The Wolf will be a celebration of Charleston's Classic Hits.
