WZZO-FM/Allentown, PA, morning personality Kevin "The Bearman" Schutts -- a fixture at the iHeartMedia Rock outlet for decades -- has died. He co-hosted "The Bearman and Keith" with Keith Moyer. "There is no easy way to share this news," WZZO wrote in a social media post. "With great sadness, we must inform you of The Bearman's sudden and unexpected passing... At this difficult time, we ask that your thoughts are with Bearman's family and friends." According to LehighValleyLive.com, the station described Schutts as a "wonderful family man" and "great partner" with his friend and teammate, Moyer.

The Morning Call reported that Schutts began his radio career with as a parttime air talent Allentown in 1972. He later moved into a fulltime post in 1977 before moving to a station in his native Buffalo, NY in 1980. He moved to several other markets before eventually returning to the Lehigh Valley, returning again to New York, and eventually reuniting once again with Moyer at WZZO.

"The Bearman and Keith" program first launched on October 1, 1988.
